Terms & Conditions:

These terms apply only to transactions placed at the website BarProducts.com. They do not apply to any other website, whether or not they are owned and operated by BarProducts.com Inc. Promotions and discounts advertised on or for BarProducts.com only apply to BarProducts.com purchases.

99% of orders will leave here and arrive to our customers without problems or delays, but please keep in mind that this is an internet order business. As with all internet order businesses, we have to depend on outside entities to deliver products. Currently, we use the US Postal Service and the United Parcel Service (UPS) to transport packages to our customers. These are two of the best in the business, but sometimes problems or delays do arise. If your package is running extremely late, please contact us to utilize our resources to figure out what the problem is. Domestic orders running late will typically show up on one end or the other within 30 days while international orders may take longer. Rest assured that we will do our part to resolve any problems that arise and you will not be expected to pay for items that were not delivered to the address you have chosen. Please make certain that all the information you enter is correct to ensure fast, efficient delivery.

If you are in a country other than the United States, please be aware that your country's customs service may impose duties (fees) on merchandise you are importing, as well as, or in addition to, brokerage fees from the shipping carrier. This may come as a bill from them or they may hold your shipment until fees are paid. This website does not collect these fees, or similar types of fees, when ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to pay duties, import fees, brokerage fees, etc. Once again, if your package is running extremely late, please contact us to utilize our resources to figure out what the problem is.

Out of Stocks
With a catalog of products this large, there are rare occurrences where our warehouse has run out of stock on an item before it is disabled online. If you have successfully ordered a product that is out of stock, we will AUTOMATICALLY refund you the cost of that product and ship the remainder of your order when applicable.

Changing Your Order
We no longer make changes to items or quantities. If you ordered incorrectly, please contact us right away and we will be more than happy to cancel the order.

Drop Ships
If you order a product that indicates it is drop shipped from one of our vendor partners, please be aware additional time may be needed to provide tracking information.

Custom Product Color Variations
For very large orders, subtle color variations can and will occur throughout a single order.

Refunds, Returns, and Order Changes:

BarProducts.com Inc is proud to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee! If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the products you received, simply submit a Support Ticket to request a return. Important information and instructions regarding returns are provided via RMA, and therefor are subject to RMA approval. Items sent back without prior RMA approval may be denied. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery. Once an RMA is issued, the products must be received back to us, in original condition, within 30 days. Returns will not be accepted unless they are complete. All original boxes, packing materials, parts, components and pieces must be returned to us for a return to be processed. Returns will not be granted without all of the products original packaging and parts. Refunds requested for returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fees do not apply to returns for exchange. ALL associated shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not issue return labels for returns or exchanges.

Custom Orders: As you may be aware, custom printed products cannot be restocked. In fact, the industry standard for customized products dictates a no return and a no refund policy with the exception of items that are unusable. Unusable items include but are not limited to broken glassware, bent or misshapen bottle openers, cracked or broken license plates, etc. Items with production quality flaws are wholly non-refundable, but may be eligible for a discount or refund. If you receive an order with unusable items, you must contact us within seven days of receiving your order. We require photographic evidence of the unusable items prior to any credits being issued.

Products returned that were purchased using an eCheck are subject to an additional 15% charge to cover processing fees. Orders cancelled after processing, but prior to shipping are subject to a 10% charge to cover processing fees. Videos and CD's are subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.

If your order is returned by the carrier due to part or all of the address being provided incorrectly, for refusal, the receiver was unavailable at all attempts or the package was unclaimed, you will be responsible for the associated shipping fees to reship the order. If you wish to receive a refund for a package returned by the carrier, a 15% restocking fee will apply and shipping is non-refundable. If you are and international customer and refuse a package due to customs and/or brokerage fees, or any other reason, you may be ineligible for refund or reshipment.

Order Problems

BarProducts.com Inc. will not be held accountable for the misuse of any products. BarProducts.com Inc makes every effort to ensure that your package is packed and shipped correctly. However, from time to time, occasional errors are made. If you received damaged, defective or incorrect products, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please note: Photographic evidence will be required for any problems with your order. Problems reported after 7 days of delivery may be disqualified for replacements or refunds. We may request that the incorrect item be returned to us at our expense. If the item is not returned, you may be charged for the incorrect item.

Shipping Terms & Information

At BarProducts.com, we take great pride in supplying our customers with the latest in Bar Products, at cut-rate prices. We warehouse the majority of our products to ensure fast, efficient delivery.

Most orders that are placed via this website by 2:00 PM (EST) on a business day will ship the same day.
This does not apply to:

  • Large wholesale purchases
  • International orders
  • Customized products
  • Print-to-order or Wood Shop products
  • Drop ship vendor items
  • Special orders

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, that don't make it out the same day, are usually shipped on the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will not start processing until the following Monday morning. Overnight shipments must be made by 2pm (EST) to arrive the next business day within the contiguous United States.

We do our best to keep shipping rates low, but we still have to abide by the UPS dimensional policies. If you order a package that is low in weight, but large in size (i.e. Speed Rails), you may be asked to pay more in shipping, or select a lower priority service. Any UPS changes and/or redirects due to incorrect shipping details are subject to a minimum $10 Fee. Any cancellations after an order has been shipped are also subject to a minimum $10 Fee.

For your protection, all orders are subject to a Credit Card Order Verification. It is our duty to make sure that your order was not made with a stolen credit card. In the event that your order is suspect, you will be sent an email. Please promptly open and read the email and follow the instructions within the email.

At BarProducts.com, we do our best to minimize expenses and provide you with the best possible prices. This includes keeping our shipping costs to a minimum. As you can see on the UPS chart below, we can get to many locations in 1, 2 or 3 days by ground. If you choose Expedited or Express and we can get your package to you within the times we describe below by Ground, then is our policy to ship it to you by ground. If you notice that we have done this and would like a refund check for the difference, please visit our contact page (above), email "Customer Service", ask for a "Shipping Rebate" and we will send you a check for the difference. This works similarly with all levels of shipping. Furthermore, Expedited or Express are our terms for our shipping service and do not necessary mean UPS. Your package may come to you "Priority" with the postal service for example or with other carriers. We will do our best to get your package to you within the times decided below but do not guarantee these transit times. Unfortunately, the day the order is shipped from our warehouse is not considered as one of the days in transit per all shipping couriers.

COUNTRIES WE DO NOT SHIP TO
For various reasons, we cannot deliver packages to the following countries. If customers would like to arrange their own shipping via their own carrier, please contact us for arrangements: Ghana, Nigeria, Bolivia, Venezuela. NOTE: We currently cannot ship to Crimea and Sevastopol due to government restrictions at this time.

COMBUSTIBLE, FLAMMABLE, & HAZARDOUS Product Restrictions:
Due to shipping regulations, products that impose risk during air transit are limited to Ground shipping methods only, and are limited to addresses which fall within the continuous United States. This includes, and is not limited to, any product that ignites or burns (such as lighters, burner fuel, sparklers or anything else that can be considered fireworks). We reserve the right to ship these products the safest way necessary, which may include shipping them separately from other products in your order and by different methods/carriers than initially selected.

The attached transit map is provided by the United Parcel Service and The United States Postal Service. Once the carriers have possession of your package, BarProducts.com no longer controls delivery dates. Selecting the FASTER or FASTEST shipping method is highly recommended.

If you are paying by check or eCheck, please add 10 business days to the above times.

If another method is specified we cannot guarantee delivery. Please make certain that all the information you enter is correct to ensure fast, efficient delivery.

Carrier Responsibility: Once the package leaves our hands, it is in the hands of the carriers who have their own delivery policies. Any delivery dates are estimates and neither Barproducts.com, its subsidiaries or the delivery companies has control over issues involving weather, natural disasters, Acts of God and other unforeseen forces. While we will do our best to accommodate in-hands dates, delivery services are performed by third parties companies on a “best case basis” and any proposed delivery date is an estimation, not a guarantee

Shipping Rates: We do our best to keep shipping rates as low as possible. However, you may be asked to pay more shipping if you live in an area or country where rates are above normal. Also, if you order a package that is low in weight, but larger in size, you may be asked to pay more for shipping as these packages are subject to the UPS dimensional weight policies. Any UPS changes and/or redirects due to incorrect shipping details are subject to a minimum $10 Fee. Any cancellations after an order has been shipped are also subject to a minimum $10 Fee.

Informational Collection and Use

BarProducts.com does not collect any information on customers without consent. As part of the service offerings, customers will be prompted for information when enrolling for a certificate, downloading a product or requesting further information. No information is collected about a customer if just browsing the website.

Anti-Spam Policy

BarProducts.com does not employ the use of spam for propagating its product awareness or special offers.

Certificate Enrollment

When enrolling for a certificate, customers will be required to provide certain information as per the requirements for the certificate product type. The exact informational requirements are set out in the relevant Subscriber Agreement and associated schedules and listed in the BarProducts.com CPS. Some of the submitted details will be displayed within the certificate and as a result, will be publicly available. Details that will become public are clearly stated as 'public' in the enrollment process, Subscriber Agreement and associated schedules.

Information Request

BarProducts.com provides the ability to request further information or ask questions to the support team by displaying email links throughout the website. If a customer elects to use such links they may be requested to provide additional information depending on the nature of the contact. Typically, such additional information may include further contact details, and in the case of technical support, additional information about the customer's PC configuration may be required to aid a prompt and accurate response to the query.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on a computer's hard disk containing information about the owner. At the time of publishing this statement, BarProducts.com employ the use of cookies for measuring the success of advertising and affiliate network membership. Our partners may use cookies. BarProducts.com does not exercise any access or control of such cookies.

Log Files

BarProducts.com uses log files comprising of IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track movements throughout the site, calculate the number of document and file downloads, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing

BarProducts.com will share aggregated demographic information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Security

This website takes every precaution to protect our customer's information. When customers submit sensitive information via the website, such information is protected both online and off-line.

During certificate enrollment, where sensitive information is required, the transmission of information is encrypted and protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This includes the submission of any payment information such as credit card details.

BarProducts.com use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online and do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our customer's information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example billing administration or the development team) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to customer information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. The servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage. The cryptographic keys used to issue certificates are maintained in the secure environment of FIPS-140 level 4 accredited IBM 4758 crypto devices.

Supplementation of Information (validation of submitted details)

In order for BarProducts.com to properly fulfill its obligation to our customers, it is necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information from 3rd party sources.

For example, prior to the issuance of some certificate types BarProducts.com may use the WHOIS database, Government source companies house database or Dun & Bradstreet company lookup information to validate the accuracy of supplied data. This is an integral aspect of the service provided by BarProducts.com.

Service Updates

Established customers will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our customers we present the option not to receive these types of communications. We also send the user service announcement updates. Customers are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which may contain important security information about the service.

Updating Customer Information

If a customer's personally identifiable information or certificate specific information changes they may update the original information provided. Changes can be made by logging into the Members area and using the services provided in the Manage Account section.

Choice / Opt Out

Customers are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having information used for purposes not directly related to the BarProducts.com service offering at the point where the information is requested. For example, all certificate enrollment and product downloads has an 'opt-out' mechanism so customers who buy a product from us, but would prefer not to receive any marketing material, can request to have their email address kept off of our lists.

Customers of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our customers can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside party, or not.

Certificate Revocation & Expiry

Access to all issued certificates is provided through the BarProducts.com public repository. Because of the nature of the service provided, there may be circumstances under which a certificate is revoked (cancelled). Furthermore, as the lifetime of all certificates is finite (lasting usually 1 year), certificates will expire.

BarProducts.com still provides public access to both revoked and expired certificates to ensure a party relying on the certificate may still be able to retrieve the certificate and verify a signature made with the certificate. Such certificates are flagged as revoked or expired within the repository.

Customer Consent

By using our Web site, customers consent to the collection and use of this information by BarProducts.com. If any subsequent changes are made to our privacy policy, we will post those changes on the policy update page so that customers are always aware of what information is collected, how it is used and under what circumstances it may be disclosed.
