Luge Mold (14½ H x 8¾ W x 10 D)

 

Made from some of the most advanced composite plastics available, designed to ensure years of durability.

The mold is made of plastic specially intended to endure extreme temperature changes and allowing the ice to release from the sides.

Side clamps are made of a composite plastic so strong that it is used in bullet proof body armor. Standard hex head bolts and Allen wrench.

 

Internal Tubing (14½ H x 8¾ W x 10 D)

 

18 inches L allowing you to design some of the longest runs available in a home ice luge system.

The material was specially selected with a tighter molecular structure to maintain flexibility at below freezing temperatures and releasing from the ice for spectacular internal channels.

  • Deep surround channel to catch any run-off.
  • Built in rubber non-slip feet.
  • Side button activator that turns and changes light module modes.
  • Rear drain spout that channels run-off into a desired container.
  • Sonic welded clear window to protect light module.
  • Dish Washer safe (Top Shelf Only) make sure you remove light module!
  • Positive lock bayonet mount to attach light module.
