2009 SUMMER FLAIR BARTENDING COMPETITION

This two round one day open bartender competition took place at Club Safari West Palm Beach, FL. This was a fun Flair competition with emphasis on Flair. First we started on Monday September 21st with the qualifying Fast Tender rounds, and qualifying Flair rounds. Then on Tuesday September 22nd during the day we had the "Mixology Matters" Cocktail Convention complete with tastings, seminars, the "Flair Trick Contest" Where competitors basically competed against each other using their best Flair tricks to knock out the competition until we had one winner.
