You must purchase a wireless receiver to access live sports and breaking
news, Standard (one way) or to send data to another unit, an Assured (two
way).
Receiver
How it Works: Simply plug the wireless receiver
into your LED
display, and you are ready to start receiving OR sending data. Our small
"wireless" receiver attaches by a small cable to any LED
sign. Signals are broadcast nationally from Puerto Rico to Hawaii and
around the world using paging technology.. The data is stored in memory files in the LED
sign. As
long as the sign has power, the new data will will keep overwriting the
old data, and will always be current. No phone line, cable or
satellite dish required. Information may also be entered into the display via the included remote unit.
Note: If the LED
is unplugged, the receiver has no power, an no data
will be received. However, the old data will be stored in the memory of
the LED
for several months. Therefore, when you
restore power to your LED
sign, it will display only the old data until
you have overwritten all 25 files of memory.
All TCI receivers carry a "Lifetime Replacement" warranty.....

Custom Messaging Services
Custom messaging services can be accessed through TCI's
website. This service offer's individuals/corporations the ability to
send information to any number of signs on their own, or blended with
other news services. A one-time set-up fee of $25 per receiver is required
for custom data services. Custom data runs on individual codes. Only one
organization will have access to each code.
Up-to-Date Sports
Scoring updates and breaking news from the world of sports!
Every morning, odds and game times are updated for every major event for
that day. At game time, TCI begins to cover "live" scores, followed by the
final scores and game summaries. Our newsroom staff will update our sports
service up to 400 times on a busy sports day.
Breaking News
This service has all the latest
news, gossip and humor from Hollywood and around the world. From the
movies to fashion, literature, radio, television, music and the performing
arts, TCI keeps you entertained.
Financial News Bonus: As an added daytime feature, our up-to-date sports will include market index updates every 20 minutes while these markets are open.
