July 29-31 2007 the NATIONS International Flair Challenge returned to Las Vegas & the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. A few noticeable changes will be took place that year. First, NATIONS went poolside. The Grand Finals, Tuesday, July 31st, took place outside by the Rio's pool making it a day of fun leading up to the big finale that evening.
