Plastic Handle Dough Scraper
A dough scraper is used to help pick up, turn, portion, and manipulate dough. When finished, the dough scraper can be used to scrape clean surfaces on which dough has been worked. It can also be used in a more generic kitchen role to transfer sliced or diced foods from cutting board to pan. This tool is also known by a variety of other names including, dough cutter, dough knife, pastry cutter, bench scraper, board scraper, and bench knife. Blade is made of quality stainless steel and measures 3 inches tall by 6 inches wide. Handle is made from durable, hard plastic and measures 6 1/2 inches long. Measures 4 3/4 inches tall overall.
