Pro Restaurant Juicer
This is truly the "mack-daddy" of manual juicers.
Twenty inches tall and made of stainless steel, it is very easy to
use, and leaves nothing but peel behind. The base is very sturdy and
has suction cups to keep it in place. Simply place half of your fruit in the
juicer and pull down the handle. The plunger is gear driven onto the
fruit and presses it between a cone shaped plate and a strainer leaving the
peel and seeds behind and the juice in the glass. The unit is very easy to
disassemble and clean.
