Simply pump the brushed stainless steel cap a few times to pressurize and enjoy the fine mist that is generated. To be sure to produce an even spray, fill only to the indicated "MAX" line and do not tip the bottle upside down. All parts are dishwasher safe (top rack) and are BPA-free
